It’s finally here, the big Buckhead Theater show and we are excited (which is an understatement because we are so pumped about this show + ready to throw down one hell of a night for you all).

We will be splitting the bill with the lovely and talented Lera Lynn; we saw her play at the Classic City Americana Festival in Athens this year and her band puts on one amazing show. We’re ready to throw down a ruckus of a set as well. It’s an all ages show, the venue is amazing, and drinks and dancing and laughs and memories all await. Bring your friends and come on out. It’s going to be great times!

We’ve got another great show coming up for our Athens fans. Hot on the heels of our upcoming show at the Buckhead Theater with Lera Lynn (see post below), Seven Handle Circus and The John King Band return to the Melting Point in Athens, GA on Thursday, August 25 to throw down an incendiary ruckus of bad ass bluegrass, Southern, and Americana music. Come on out and bring your friends–we always have a great time at the Melting Point.

The show starts at 9pm (come early and join us for a drink before hand, we’ll be hanging out). Advance Tickets are $5 in advance and $8 at the door. Check Melting Point’s calendar for tickets and more information.…

We’re taking a quick break from recording to join the amazing Lera Lynn for one of our best shows yet. We will be playing the beautiful Buckhead Theater on Saturday, August 27. Doors open at 8pm.

THE CIRCUS NEVER SLEEPS
It’s been a busy few weeks. We recently headed to Echo Mountain Studios in Asheville, NC to record new songs for all of you. So far, the tracks sound incredible. We can’t wait to share them with you, but until we do, we’re not taking a break.

ALBINO SKUNK FESTIVAL
Here’s one show we are really excited about: We will be playing the 2011 Albino Skunk Festival in Greer, SC on Saturday, October 8. Yes, we asked the same question–here is a link to a pic of an albino skunk. They are the real deal and so is this festival. Past Albino Skunk line-ups have included Cadillac Sky, Steep Canyon Rangers, Packway Handle Band and the Avett Brothers, and we are glad to join the ranks. Come join us for a weekend of BBQ and music. There’s even camping on-site if you want to stay. Check the Albino Skunk site for more details.

We will also be playing 356 in Clemson, SC on the Friday before the show. Keep checking back for more details.
